Refund & Cancellation Policy

SuperMon subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current paid period.
1. No refunds
Payments for subscription periods (monthly or annual) are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused time.
2. Cancel any time
You can cancel whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew and you will not be charged again. You keep full access until then.
3. How to cancel
Cancel from your account, or email support@supermon.com.au and we will action it for you.
4. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term. Access continues until the end of the paid term.
5. Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a remedy (which may include a refund). Nothing here excludes those non-excludable rights.
